Role Overview:

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative CRM strategies to nurture and strengthen the relationships with customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to deliver personalized and exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement.
• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and personalized offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer journey mapping and segmentation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM and luxury retail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
