THE ROLE

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will look to gain traction and hone your skills in a multichannel approach. You’ll partner with leading Grocery, Pharmacy, Travel Retail and Convenience businesses in a stimulating and versatile wholesale sales role. In this hybrid position, you will focus on both business development acquisition of new accounts and managing an exciting existing customer base.

Day-to-day

  • Partner with other sales team members to develop successful strategies
  • Work as part of a streamlined team across trade-marketing, supply chain, inventory and planning
  • Target new business prospects, manage pipeline and schedule client meetings (70%)
  • Look after existing customer base and deliver revenue strategies (30%)
  • Use available data from the internal team to make informed decisions
  • Utilise industry connections and events to uncover new opportunities
  • Use company CRM to update and track progress and conversations
  • Work autonomously or as part of a small, close-knit team to achieve joint goals

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if…

  • You are HIGH ENERGY, fun and collaborative!
  • You have 4 or more years selling to Grocery, Pharmacy, Travel Retail or Convenience OR wholesale sales apparel experience (MUST HAVE)
  • You have a driven approach and strong influencing skills
  • You are strong in revenue generation and managing sales pipeline
  • You are a confident rapport builder capable of phone and face-to-face prospecting
  • You enjoy PURPOSE-LED brands and collaborating with a small but mighty team
