THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Practice Manager role suited to someone who enjoys being on-site, leading from the front, and taking ownership of day-to-day clinic operations. This role is patient facing and sits with the reception team on front desk.
You’ll be the go-to person for staff, doctors, and patients - ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, feels welcoming, and is set up to grow. This is not a back-office-only role; it’s ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, engaged, and involved in the rhythm of a busy clinic.
