THE ROLE
This Assistant Store Manager position offers a unique opportunity to help shape a newer outlet location alongside the Store Manager. You’ll work as a true partner in leadership, contributing to store culture, processes, and performance as the business continues to grow.
Day-to-Day
• Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations
• Help build team culture, engagement, and ways of working
• Support sales performance through strong floor leadership and team coaching
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
• Take initiative, test ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Step into leadership responsibilities as required across the trading week
This role is ideal for an ambitious, energetic retail leader who enjoys collaboration and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

$70,000 – $72,000 base + Super
