THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a flagship bridal boutique in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a female-driven environment, values premium customer experiences, and enjoys mentoring high-performing retail teams. You’ll take ownership of daily operations, sales performance and team engagement while acting as a brand ambassador in a highly personalised retail setting.
