THE ROLE
An opportunity exists for a CRM Specialist to join the digital marketing team and support the development and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns across global markets. Reporting to a senior leader, you will play a key role in strengthening customer engagement, improving retention, and supporting international growth through targeted and data-driven communication strategies.
You will work closely with marketing, analytics, creative and technology teams to develop highly personalised campaigns that enhance the customer journey and increase lifetime value.

$110,000 – $130,000 base salary (depending on experience) + Super.
