Operating from a premium Sydney CBD setting, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering considered, experience-led client journeys. With a small, close-knit team and flat structure, you will work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership, giving you real visibility and influence within a growing business.


THE ROLE
This is a senior Client Advisor position where you will take full ownership of the client journey across both a boutique environment and a private, appointment-based atelier.
You will guide clients through some of their most meaningful purchases, from engagement rings to bespoke fine jewellery, using a consultative, education-led approach that builds trust and drives commercial outcomes.
Beyond sales and clientelling, this role offers the opportunity to contribute more broadly to the business, including exposure to areas such as eCommerce, marketing, brand and product development.


Day-to-Day

  • Lead one-on-one consultations across engagement, wedding and bespoke jewellery
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial enquiry through to final delivery
  • Prepare quotes, manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Proactively identify and convert new opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships through personalised service
  • Work autonomously while maintaining high standards of client experience
  • Represent the brand with polish and professionalism in a premium environment
  • Collaborate closely with founders and internal teams
  • Contribute ideas and support across broader areas of the business where relevant

This role can be structured across 4 or 5 days per week and requires availability on Saturdays.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record in relationship building with the ability to confidently close high-value purchases
  • Experience in considered sales environments (fine jewellery, luxury, or similar)
  • Strong consultative approach with a focus on trust and relationship-building
  • Commercial confidence, including pricing discussions and quoting
  • Ability to manage a pipeline end-to-end with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Professional, polished presentation aligned with a luxury brand

SALARY
$75,000 – $78,000 + Super + Commission
