Operating from a premium Sydney CBD setting, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering considered, experience-led client journeys. With a small, close-knit team and flat structure, you will work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership, giving you real visibility and influence within a growing business.
THE ROLE
This is a senior Client Advisor position where you will take full ownership of the client journey across both a boutique environment and a private, appointment-based atelier.
You will guide clients through some of their most meaningful purchases, from engagement rings to bespoke fine jewellery, using a consultative, education-led approach that builds trust and drives commercial outcomes.
Beyond sales and clientelling, this role offers the opportunity to contribute more broadly to the business, including exposure to areas such as eCommerce, marketing, brand and product development.
Day-to-Day
This role can be structured across 4 or 5 days per week and requires availability on Saturdays.

$75,000 – $78,000 + Super + Commission
