Assistant Store Manager - New Premium Outlet - Uni Hill

THE ROLE

This Assistant Store Manager position offers a unique opportunity to help shape a newer outlet location alongside the Store Manager. You’ll work as a true partner in leadership, contributing to store culture, processes, and performance as the business continues to grow.

Day-to-Day

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations
• Help build team culture, engagement, and ways of working
• Support sales performance through strong floor leadership and team coaching
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
• Take initiative, test ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Step into leadership responsibilities as required across the trading week

This role is ideal for an ambitious, energetic retail leader who enjoys collaboration and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail
• A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Ability to balance fun team energy with accountability and structure
• Outlet retail experience advantageous but not essential
• Solid employment history demonstrating commitment and growth

SALARY
$70,000 – $73,000 base + Super
