THE ROLE


We are currently recruiting two Store Supervisors to join a flagship outlet location in Sydney’s Inner West. This is a hands-on leadership role within a large, high-volume store, supporting a team of 30+ staff (increasing significantly during peak trading periods).
You will work closely with Assistant Store Managers and senior leadership to drive performance, support the team on the shop floor, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both customer-facing and operational functions.
This role offers the opportunity to lean into either front-of-house (sales, client experience) or back-of-house (operations, stock flow), depending on your strengths, while remaining flexible across both areas.

Day-to-Day

  • Lead from the front on the shop floor, driving sales and customer engagement
  • Support and coach team members to deliver strong individual and store results
  • Assist with daily operations including stock management, replenishment and VM standards
  • Maintain a high level of service and presentation across the store
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to achieve commercial targets
  • Step up in leadership when required and support overall store performance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role
  • Exposure to both customer-facing and operational/store functions
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster

SALARY


Up to $70,000 + Super + Commission
