THE ROLE

This is an exciting Designer opportunity reporting to the Head of Retail Merchandise, where you’ll contribute to the creative direction across multiple apparel categories.

Based in their South Sydney office, you’ll be hands-on in the end-to-end design process - from concept through to production - while supporting brand identity, driving innovation, and delivering commercially successful designs aligned to market trends and client needs.

Working within a collaborative team you’ll also engage with clients, factories, and internal stakeholders, gaining strong exposure across both creative and commercial aspects of the business.

Day-to-Day

• Develop and execute design concepts across multiple brands and categories
• Research and interpret market trends to create commercially relevant product ranges
• Collaborate with factories, fabric mills, and internal teams to bring designs to life
• Support presentations of creative concepts and design direction
• Assist with B2B projects, delivering tailored design solutions to client briefs
• Ensure designs align with pricing, margin, and delivery requirements
• Work closely with Garment Technicians to ensure fit and brand consistency
• Maintain seasonal workflows and support timely delivery of collections

SALARY

$95,000 – $110,000 + Super (depending on experience)
