THE ROLE
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a senior build-and-scale position, responsible for architecting and delivering a fully integrated brand and growth engine across multiple business streams.
You will lead the build of a connected ecosystem spanning advisory, a digital platform and a capability arm — bringing them together into one cohesive, high-performing growth engine.
You will sit close to the founder and senior leadership, shaping how the business shows up in market, how it scales, and how it converts its reputation into a powerful, future-ready commercial platform.
This role will suit someone who has stepped away from (or is ready to step away from) large corporate structures and is looking for a more flexible, high-impact environment. Open to a part time arrangement (e.g. 3 days per week)
