THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new boutique in Brisbane. Managing a small team, this role will suit a confident retail leader who thrives in premium environments and enjoys balancing customer experience, leadership and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for driving boutique performance, building strong customer relationships and creating a welcoming, service-focused environment that reflects the premium nature of the brand.

Day-to-day

• Lead and motivate a small boutique team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and boutique KPI outcomes
• Build long-term relationships with clients through premium service and clienteling
• Oversee boutique operations including roster management, reporting and stock control
• Maintain impeccable visual presentation and store standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
• Work closely with senior leadership during the boutique launch phase

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous leadership experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches or a similar client-focused environment
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial performance
• Highly organised with excellent operational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
• Passion for delivering elevated customer experiences
• Experience working within boutique or premium retail environments preferred

SALARY
