THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or Senior Administration professional to step into a highly varied and hands-on support position.
The role will provide direct support to senior leadership across both business and personal matters, while also assisting with general office operations when required. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is comfortable working with minimal structure.
Mandarin and English language skills are essential, as the role will involve occasional communication support and translation between stakeholders and family members.
This is a full-time, 5-day in-office position.
