THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a flagship showroom based in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who thrives on improving performance, coaching teams and creating a culture of accountability and customer excellence.
Leading an established team, you'll be responsible for lifting sales performance, developing capability and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional showroom experience. You'll use data, commercial insights and strong leadership to identify opportunities, implement strategies and deliver measurable results.
This role would suit an experienced showroom or premium retail manager who enjoys leading from the front and making a visible impact on business performance.

Day-to-Day

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team to achieve outstanding sales and service outcomes
  • Drive commercial performance through proactive analysis of sales, KPIs and operational metrics
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the business
  • Ensure the showroom consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, conversion and overall store performance
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to execute business strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain high standards across visual presentation, operations and compliance


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven success managing a large-format premium retail store or showroom
  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance and deliver commercial growth
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing medium to large retail teams
  • A highly analytical and commercially focused approach to decision-making
  • Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence leading change and building team engagement
  • Experience within the furniture or home furnishings industry will be highly regarded, however outstanding retail leaders from other sectors are encouraged to apply

SALARY
Up to $110,000 Base + Super, depending on experience.
