Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Retail - Melbourne

THE ROLE

We currently have two Store Manager opportunities across boutiques in Melbourne, including a brand-new store opening. As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of boutique performance, team leadership and customer experience, typically working Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role - you'll be leading from the front, building a strong team culture and directly driving the success of your boutique.

Day-to-Day

• Open and close the boutique, leading trade across the day
• Get hands-on in the fitting room, styling and building genuine client relationships
• Coach, motivate and develop your team to hit sales and service targets
• Track daily, weekly and monthly performance against key metrics and translate insights into action
• Manage rosters, wages and stock accuracy within budget
• Maintain strong visual presentation standards and execute campaigns and promotions
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing boutique team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within fashion or premium retail
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on sales data
• A confident coach with a track record of developing team capability
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and operational execution skills

SALARY

$67,000 - $68,000 + Super + performance-based bonus + 50% staff discount
